An interior staircase invites you to access the ground floor, where you will find a large living room with an open kitchen, spacious and fully equipped with a breakfast bar.
The huge bay windows on the ground floor open onto the outside and its two terraces. The first one is shaded and has two dining areas, a barbecue area and a huge Moroccan-style bench that seats more than 20 people. The second one is open-air and leads to the swimming pool and jacuzzi area with sun loungers and parasols in sufficient number.
